Trudi McClendon Meeting Milestones Today, Prague, Okla Special Education Teacher Trudi McClendon- working with her therapist, was able to practice getting in and out of the car. SHAWNEE, Okla, — Maud School Teacher Trudi McClendon was deemed well enough to begin recuperating at home today after suffering a terrible accident near Meeker back on Aug 27. The head-on collision claimed the life of Darren Peacore, 26, of Shawnee. Alcohol was found in Peacore’s vehicle. The accident left Trudi McClendon- a Special Education teach of 7 thru 12

Trudi McClenny McClendon of Prague, Oklahoma was critically injured on August 27, 2011 while traveling near Meeker at approximately 9:45p.m. The driver of the other car was killed in the accident. Alcohol was found in the vehicle and the driver was uninsured. Trudi was taken by air ambulance to OU Medical Center where she endured 7 surgeries to repair 7
